The minimum number of pizzas we do at an event is 40. We charge $23 per pizza (2025 prices). There may also be a transport cost depending on the location of your event. This will be advised to you as part of your quote. We don't have hidden charges nor surprise charges included in your quote. Additionally, we don’t charge a premium for your wedding.

What do I expect after I have made my booking for affordable mobile catering in the suburbs of Melbourne?

Once your $300 deposit has been received you will receive a confirmation of the booking of the date of your event. Our team will contact you on the week of your event to confirm the number of pizzas required and any dietary requirements prior to your event.What do I expect on the day of my event?

We will arrive approximately 2 hours before your event and start our mobile woodfired pizza oven. Our team consists of 2 cooks and 2 waiting staff to serve your guests. We do not provide drinks / alcohol service to your guests, only affordable, delicious woodfired pizza catering. You will need to provide your own beverages/bar service on the day of your event.

How many delicious woodfired pizzas do I order when I book you in?

We normally recommend that you order 1 pizza per person. However, if pizza is the main food of your event, you may allow for more than 1 pizza per person.

If you provide other foods to your guests e.g. charcuterie boards, snacks; 1 pizza per person is usually enough for your event.

What is the size of the woodfired pizzas that you craft?

Our pizzas have a diameter of 9 inches - or approximately 22 cm.

Do you account for dietary requirements?

Yes. We discuss any dietary requirements when you are booking your event: we can cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, halal needs, amongst other needs. We confirm your dietary needs the week prior to your event. We encourage guests with dietary needs to approach our van first early during the cooking process for their pizzas to be crafted and made early during the event.

Are you able to bring your mobile van to any venue?

Absolutely, we have catered and made delicious woodfired pizza at events held at farms, halls, houses, sports clubs, and other public places. We just need some space where to park our mobile trailer at your venue and access to a tap.

What do you need to set up and cook at my event?

We are self-sufficient, we need some space where to park the mobile pizza trailer/van and we also need access to a tap for handwashing.

We may need shelter if it is raining - high sheds, car ports are sufficient.

What kinds of events do you cater for?

We are happy to cater for any event requiring catering - any private or corporate event. You will not be charged a premium for your wedding. You will have delicious, freshly made, budget-friendly pizzas served to your guests by our friendly waiting staff.
